A 130-year-old machiya (a traditional wooden Kyoto townhouse) still standing in a quiet corner of the city. Wooden pillars, tatami mats, and light through shoji (paper sliding screens) create a calm unlike any tourist site.
Tea Ceremony, Calligraphy, Udon Making, Sushi Making, Kimono Rental, and studio photography. While you enjoy the experience itself, we photograph your expressions and the details in your hands.
All experiences are Kyoto only. You can book just one, or combine several together.

Tea Ceremony & Photography
We photograph the flow of the tea ceremony, the hands holding the tea bowl, and each quiet gesture. 10 edited photos per person.
Udon Making & Photography
Knead, stretch, and cut the dough yourself. We preserve the movement in natural, lively photographs.
Calligraphy & Photography
Experience Japanese calligraphy with brush and ink. We photograph the finished characters and your expression as you create them.
Sushi Making & Photography
From shaping and arranging to tasting, we photograph the full food culture experience.
Kimono Rental
Includes kimono, dressing, hair makeup, and accessories. A beautiful add-on for the machiya or other experiences.

Can we combine multiple experiences in one day?
Yes. Please select multiple experiences on the booking page. We will finalize the required time by DM.
Can we do only the experience without photography?
By default, each experience includes photography. If you do not need photos, please write that in the notes field when booking.
Can Kimono Rental be used with other experiences?
Yes. When combined with Tea Ceremony, Calligraphy, or studio photography, it creates images that suit the atmosphere of the machiya.
