• 7 to 4 days before the shooting date撮影日の7〜4日前50% of the shooting fee撮影料金の50%
• Within 3 days of the shooting date (including the shooting date)撮影日の3日以内（撮影日を含む）100% of the shooting fee撮影料金の100%

• 15 or more days before the shooting date撮影日の15日以上前Free of charge無料
• Within 14 days of the shooting date (including the shooting date)撮影日の14日以内（撮影日を含む）100% of the shooting fee撮影料金の100%

• Rescheduling is available once free of charge if requested at least 3 days before the shooting date and the photographer is available.日程変更(Reschedule)は、撮影日の3日以上前かつフォトグラファーの都合が合う場合、1回のみ無料で承ります。
• Transportation expenses that have already been incurred are non-refundable.既に発生した交通費は返金いたしかねます。
• If you are more than 1 hour late on the day of the shoot without prior notice, the booking will be treated as canceled (100% of the shooting fee).撮影当日、1時間以上の遅刻かつ事前ご連絡がない場合はキャンセル扱い（撮影料金の100%）となります。
• If there is a safety risk due to severe weather, natural disasters, or similar circumstances, no cancellation or change fee will be charged (to be determined through mutual consultation).悪天候・天災など安全上のリスクがある場合、キャンセル・変更手数料は無料です（相互協議のうえ判断）。
• If cancellation occurs due to circumstances on the photographer's side, we will respond by either (1) assigning another photographer, (2) proposing another date, or (3) providing a full refund.撮影者側の都合でキャンセルが発生した場合は、①別のフォトグラファーのアサイン ②別日程のご提案 ③全額返金 のいずれかで対応いたします。

Information provided by customers at the time of booking, such as name, email address, Instagram username, preferred shooting date and time, location, payment information, and other requests.ご予約時にお客様よりご提供いただく、お名前・メールアドレス・Instagram ユーザー名・撮影希望日時・場所・お支払い情報・その他ご要望等。

• Confirming shooting reservations, scheduling, and communicating with customers撮影のご予約確定・日程調整・お客様との連絡
• Conducting the shoot and delivering photo data撮影の実施および写真データの納品
• Issuing invoices and receiptsご請求・領収書の発行
• Promotional use with the customer's consent (Instagram / landing pages / advertisements, etc.)お客様の同意を得た場合の宣伝用途（Instagram / LP / 広告等）

We will not provide personal information to third parties except as required by law or with the customer's consent. However, data may be transmitted to the following external services to the extent necessary for business operations: Cloudflare (website operation and storage of booking data and photographs) / Square, KOMOJU, and PayPal (payment processing) / Instagram.法令に基づく場合、またはお客様の同意を得た場合を除き、個人情報を第三者へ提供いたしません。ただし、業務遂行上必要な範囲で、以下の外部サービスにデータが流れる場合がございます：Cloudflare（サイト運営・予約データおよび写真の保管）／Square・KOMOJU・PayPal（決済）／Instagram。

We retain personal information for 7 years from the date of the relevant transaction, in accordance with Japanese tax and accounting laws. Photographs taken during the shoot are stored on Cloudflare's storage service for the purpose of photo delivery.税法・会計関連法令に基づき、取引日から7年間保管いたします。撮影した写真データは、写真の納品のため Cloudflare のストレージに保管いたします。

Requests from customers themselves for disclosure, correction, or deletion should be sent via Instagram DM or to framejourneyjapan@gmail.com. After confirming the details of the request, we will respond within a reasonable period.お客様ご本人からの開示・訂正・削除のご請求は、Instagram DM または framejourneyjapan@gmail.com 宛にお願いいたします。ご請求の内容を確認のうえ、合理的な期間内に対応いたします。

This website does not currently use access analytics tools. If we introduce them in the future to improve our services, IP addresses will be anonymized so that they do not identify individuals, and we will update this policy before doing so.
