Seiwasou is a traditional sukiya-style residence dating back to the early Showa era. Recognized by the City of Kyoto for its historic architecture and garden, it preserves the beauty and character of traditional Kyoto.
Fushimi has long been celebrated for its abundant, pristine groundwater. At Seiwasou, this local water is used to prepare the delicate dashi at the heart of its Kyoto cuisine, accompanied by traditional Kyoto vegetables and carefully selected seafood.
